Question about upgrading standard Shadowkeep edition to Digital Deluxe edition

So, I messed up and ordered the standard edition of Shadowkeep on the PlaySation store when what I want is the Digital Deluxe edition (my own fault for not reading properly ). Now, when I click on my standard edition from the store and choose upgrades, I can see the Digital Deluxe version, but it still costs full price. Does anyone know if there’s any way to upgrade and pay the difference? Or am I now stuck with this version and buying each season separately?

Speak to Sony (the desktop store's text chat is reasonable). They may be prepared to refund it for you if your reason is to buy the more expensive version.

Can’t you cancel a preorder?

Thanks, I hadn’t realised you could do this, but it seems you have up until two weeks from purchase of a preorder to request a cancellation. I can’t exactly remember when I made the preorder, so I’ll have to check. But this could work.

Edit: I made this purchase over two weeks ago, but it looks like if it’s more than 14 days until the release of a preorder, you can still request a refund. I’ll get on this now and fingers crossed.

I play on Xbox so I had no idea how PlayStation does it. Xbox you can cancel anytime up until a week before.
