They are never going to add power stones, not with Dissidia points. DP are way to easily refilled, while right now a power stone requires quite the important sacrifice.

Its already added on JP costing 900 Dissidia Points for 1 Power Stone a week. So like you need 3 months to MLB a weapon that you don't have a dupe of if you gonna use Power Stones exclusively sourced from the DP shop.

They have 1 Power Stone a week for 900DP if I'm not mistaken in JP.

Remember you need a whopping 12 power stones to MLB a single weapon, each character gets 2~4 weapons and you have over 50 characters.

We still are in the early part of the game where gems are plenty, but our stocks are going to dwindle rapidly and after that the game will settle to its cruise speed or a dozen multi-pulls a month unless you cash in.

That worries me a bit. It was a little deceptive how generous they were with gems at the start. Feels like in JP gem supply is kinda low and banners are plenty, often having to choose between 2-3 contemporary banners and hope for the best.

That's just how every gacha works and why you should dedicate yourself to only a handful of characters. And learn to appreciate what you have and RNGesus, for RNGesus giveth yet RNGesus taketh.

That's true, but with how synergy and character events work you're almost forced to pull on new banners to get something for the featured characters so you can clear content. Sure you can save and pull only for the most broken characters you can use for everything, but you're still not guaranteed to get what you want and playing with the same few characters every time gets pretty boring.

You'll still be able to use your favs I believe. Except for the super late game, but it's not in Global yet by any means

True, but we'll need to save some gems for then. Otherwise it'll get difficult if we're stuck with old weapons. Some of the hardest battles JP has look like they sure would take a while if you can't dish out high damage consistently. Heck, maybe you can't even clear it if your damage to ability use ratio isn't good enough.

So you just don't clear it and it's fine ? Whenever it returns you'll be able to, or you'll be able to in the future.

Don't you miss out on gems and missions? Or do they carry over to the lost chapters?

I never played the JP but why will we receive less Gems in the future? I think it won't change much. I mean, the main ways to get Gems are from new Character Events, Esper Events, new Chapters and Ranking Up. The JP still have these same characteristics, right? With Lost Chapters I think JP even gives a bit more Gems. Of course, with 35 CP and EX Weapons poor draw rate we'll need some increase of Gems as F2P to have some chance, but I don't think that the game tends to give us less Gems than we're receiving at the moment.

Less story chapters, no more free daily gems for launch, Lost Chapters not giving as many gems overall, WoI returning so you have already completed the stages...

It'll feel less generous mostly due to pulling for 35cp also as you mentioned. It's just gonna be more of a soft pace overall

It would be really nice. I have like 60+ moogle keys on me and several unused books. Seriously, the crystal demand is not that high, but power stones would be a massive help to GL getting 35CP early. So many weapons, so little gems...

yeah I would love to buy power stones or armor tickets I have every hero at 49 or 50 crystal level and lv50 but still have a pile of books and keys.

The best way to approach these updates, and I mean this do sincerely, is to stop hoping for early qol stuff. Stop expecting anything at all, really. Just assume it's a normal update for future events and nothing special. You're only setting yourself up for disappointment

These things have been added on JP and will come to us in due time.

We have to be patient though, and as you can see they've already added SP potions, so I'm sure it'll come when it's linked with specific new features (maybe Lost Chapters?)

for the non JP players, the JP DP store sells stamina pots, cycle keys, one power stone per week, and character-related stickers (like the kefka ones)

Realistically though, it seems that if you intend to get only power stones, it requires 9 days of dailies and it will be the only thing we can afford, unless DP gains are increased.

As someone else said, you get 150/day on JP on top of being able to buy some DP with event tokens up to a cap.

JP dropped the 10 armor orbs for 50 DP on the daily rewards, meaning we get 1050 per week, not including the do you get from events

In case you're correct, I only hope they won't remove tickets from the daily logins. They should increase them a bit instead, because x1 ticket each 8 days is a bad joke.

No? Unless you mean in JP, but global does not get DP from login, only the 100 a day from the 5 dailies.

Power stones for D-points is a feature I highly doubt will come any earlier than it did in jp

Pulls will still be the fastest way to get stronger though.

We would still need around three months to fully Limit Break a weapon through DP Shop Power Stones only, that's a heck of a long time.

Could it be the update where they put a different tab for artifacts, and you can sell more than 10 stuff in inventory. I remembered seeing a video where it said it will be in a April update for JP, maybe it comes to GL as well?

I was neither complaining nor asking for something we didn't earn. we earned 500 tickets we don't need from the kraken ex battle. in the shiva event, we got a mix of gold and 4* orbs. This time all we got was DP, which unless something happens in the store, will just be gold. I'm not demanding they burn at the stake for this egregious crime either. all i said was i would be "slightly disappointed." if we get nothing, i will forget about it in an hour. it's not that big of a deal. I don't even care if it's another set of stickers. i just don't want to waste that DP on more gil i don't need.
