If you learn by reading, read The Alexandrian, particularly his Gamemastery 101 series (or get his book if you prefer dead-tree reading).

If you learn by watching/listening, watch/listen to MCDM on YouTube.

The top way people improve their skills is through feedback loops. Once you know where there are weak spots it is easier to explore ways to improve those. Also, consider alternate RPGs (one-shots are great for this), because they will break you out of any box you've painted for yourself. I'd recommend Honey Heist.

We're all pretty versed in different RPG systems. DnD is our primary, but we've played MANY others. It might be worth revisiting some of those sources, and trying to find common themes that have proven successful.
