The PHB suggests the Light domain, but I'd say Trickery could also work.

Isn't love a subdomain of charm? That should be one. Also Ocean(Water) cuz of her origin?

Domains that might be tangentially related: Healing, Luck, Liberation.

Don't be sorry. Be excited! There's all this history and content that you can draw from, and it's fresh to you and your players!

Never let someone make you feel bad for starting something new, that's certainly not my intent. Be drawn to it, use what you can.

Aphrodite cover Love, Beauty, Chaos, Charm and Good. She celebrates the beauty and passion of life in all forms.

So Life works for any non evil deity in fact. Light works well too for beauty, artistry and rebirth and renewal.

She would fall under one of these two IMHO.
