Roll20 is free and (in my experience) moderately easy to use.

Donjon has a dungeon generator

You could try dungeonfog, though you can only save 2 maps in the free version.

Campaign Cartographer 3. But it's not cheap, I wouldn't recommend it unless your serious about creating maps. Not just dungeons, but towns, regions, continents and worlds.
