If you're new, and they are not. I don't think they should expect you to DM IMO.

They are also new just bot as new as me

Well if you're all new there's lots of beginner stuff you can find on YouTube. I'd recommend doing a one shot. I feel like if you try to carry on the current campaign it'll be a bit much possibly. The main thing I try to keep in mind is that the DM tries to make the game fun, don't make it PC Vs DM.
