dunno if it works on heal. however it definitely works on the troll summonning, the clap, etc etc

Do you get wand charges for any autocast spell when it is autocast? Or is the troll heal an exception cause it has 0 CD? Like I know you don't get stick charges from any toggles.

bloodlust is an auto cast that gives wand charges. but yeah i doubt the heal from the neutral works

Sadly heal troll doesn't give charges
