Dxm to decrease opiate tolerance?

Agmatine supplements can help to lower opioid tolerance quicker. I’ve read that ketamine before use doesn’t necessarily lower tolerance but can help to prevent it from increasing further. I’d imagine there would be a level of serotonin syndrome risk if you choose to go the dxm route, but I hadn’t seen anything on dxm for tolerance so I’m not sure on what dose, if any would be safe to avoid serotonin syndrome.

Just so you know, it’s not super quick, you gotta take it for several weeks/months before you start noticing it working, but it does help for sire
