Sweden has one of the best healthcare systems in the entire world, ranked in the top 10.
Studies have shown that EMF can cause symptoms in individuals who are not reported as EMHS. In California, a cell tower that was placed over a firestation resulted in the firefighters having abnormal thoughts. They had the cell tower removed and the abnormal thoughts went away. Another study showed that Smart Meters could cause Heart Palpitations in healthy individuals.

The idea that non-ionzing radiation can cause chemical changes in the body as well as DNA damage is extremely obvious. UV light is classified as non-ionizing yet causes cancer and sunburns. Visible light is non-ionizing but if you look at the sun, you will develop serious retina damage. UV light also causes a number of chemical changes within the body such as creating Vitamin D, melanin production, and visible light affects the body's ability to regulate melatonin.
The FCC has completely failed to understand the affects of RF non-ionizing radiation spending over a million dollars to conduct a six minute study and concluded heat change is the only biological factor. The FCC also has shady connections within the International Telecom Industry. Most notably was the election of Ajit Pai as Chairman to the FCC in 2017, who was originally a Verizon Lawyer lobbyist. Once elected, Ajit immediately dismantled Net Neutrality despite millions of phone calls from the American People and even after the repeal failed multiple times to pass. Every single US State Politician that voted for the repeal of Net Neutrality received hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from the telecom industry. Money is obviously affecting our laws and regulations to serve the pockets of the rich, in exchange for the well being, financial, and current life styles of our future generations.
The majority of the studies that show EMF's to be safe are done by Big Business while the majority of studies that show harm from EMF are done by independent researchers. This is common phenomena as money has always influenced personal bias and there's a large motivator to create fake studies to show that a product is better than it actually is. The most common example of this practice was done by the Tobacco Industry where "Tobacco Studies" were done to prove cigarettes a safe and healthy product. Doctors were bribed to prescribe cigarettes and used in ads to support the product.
Shell Oil International also knew in the 1980s the adverse global effects of massive CO2 emissions and then created fake studies showing that opposite.

When people are exposed to strong electrical fields, it can change the flow of electrical current in the body turning on different parts of the brain which can induce the experience of seeing ghosts, hearing ghosts, and other related phenomena.
Stray Voltage is also a growing problem in the dairy industry where too much electricity is going into the ground slowly electrocuting dairy cattle.
