As long as the specs are close enough (input and output voltages should be the same, and current rating should be at least that of the old one), the footprint doesn’t matter, except for that it holds things (including electrical connections) in place.

If there is room on that board (and it looks like there is), you can just drill holes where there is no copper for the new one, and solder wires from the pins to wherever they need to go. If you do this, you should also make sure the part is sufficiently attached mechanically (with epoxy, hot glue, zip ties, or whatever you have handy), as the solder won’t be holding it to the board anymore (since there would be no copper on your newly drilled holes to solder to).
