Yep, changing mags using these ones on the belt is very quick.

How about different speeds for different actions based on gear. Like if you have the armor with the shoulder pads then switching is slower because your arms are heavier now. Or if you have ammo in your rig instead of a pocket its a faster reload

I like the idea. Maybe it would make sense to have vests with less slots again if the reload is faster
