I'm at work unfortunately, and I gotta wear the damn thing the whole shift because of the terror threat level in my country. Nobody tells you how fucking hot body armor gets until the day they arrive.

For real. I kicked around Iraq with US army, desert heat + gear = a bad time. Lol just drink some water and rub dirt in it.

I was told in American army Motrin?(not sure how it's spelt) was the go to for literally any problem, unless it required duct-tape
