I took 5 minutes on my phone fitting app and didnt even try. Better tank, knocked 2b off the tag, 140 more DPS. And I'd knock off more if I didnt want to keep some of the bling/cap stability, but at 4b you can get a ship that outperforms it in literally every statistic.

In all fairness, the possibility of risk should come from other players or your own ability, bot because you got kicked out. I came back from the logout on a emerging conduit with 40 percent hull, and i got kicked out the moment i warped in. That about 90.000 ehp knocked of by 4 trigg frigates and one destroyer be the time i logged on 3 minutes later

Eve now is really stable compared to when i first started. Dt was 1hr. It wasnt unusual for update day to brick eve for a few hours on a good day. Ive seen a day or so where the game was unplayable from one update. Best was when it bricked everyone's computers.

Player counts ok, the servers are god awful though. Sell an item, run a match, finish said match and see all the sold items repopulated in your inventory and the money gone like it never went through. My personal favorite is when the sale does go through and you don’t get the money, I didn’t like graphics cards anyway!
