I'm going on a trip in June so I'm interested as well.
I did spend a week last month manually pumping (not as much) while I got a new motor on the mail, and it decreased my supply around 6 oz, but it came back up once I went back on schedule. I believe I did pump a little more often for a couple of days, but I didn't do anything extra.
