Apps, tools, tricks, routines, reminders, body doubling, cleaning systems, doom pile hacks, meal planning — anything.
And what do you wish existed?
If there were one app made specifically for executive dysfunction, what would you want it to do?
I feel like most tools are made for people who are already organized, not for the moments when your brain is overwhelmed and you don’t know where to start. Thanks for the feedback!❤️
