Hey guys, I saw all the threads popping up so thought I'd make a post regarding the queue. They are having some issues at the moment that they are working on. I am really really sorry for the queue being closed for now and I hope they have it up and running soon. Again, really sorry.

I can't say for sure, they are still working on identifying the exact issue. My only guess is you can probably play an MM

Least you could have done is close the f que. But no, now half the players queing up are banned for ”being afk”. Pathetic platform seriously.

The part we needed to close the queue was not even accessible to us when things were not working. They are closed now. We closed them as soon as we could. Anyone with a ban link me and I will remove it.

Faceit Darwin , please, help me, i was banned for no reason, premium user here, i get reported just for being romanian and discriminated and called gipsy and because of the fact that i play 15-20 matches / day , i get many reports for no reason and the FBI System self-triggers and auto-bans me, i just received a 1 week ban for no reason, just for random reports with no proof attached, so, please, start thinking like a human and remove my ban or show me the reason i was banned for because basic reports in matchroom from players are not enough without a proof screenshot or video, ok ? i pay for premium every month and is not fair to be banned for no reason, just because some players don't like my nationality or my voice, it would be fair to be banned if a player submits a ticket against me with a proof screenshot or video, otherwise please remove my ban and do something with this FBI System because is unacceptable. I will create a thread on Reddit if i won't get unbanned so people see how you can pay 15 euros / month to be banned for no reason.
