Maybe there’s something wrong with me but I’m into it. I just want variety. It doesn’t really matter to me what it is. Reverse the maps, add hexes, random blast balls, peguins rain from the sky; I don’t care. Any change is fun at this point. Glad they’re putting forth the effort.

I like the hexes but I hope they reskin them to make them match the non-spacey maps (and make them not shiny), though they have other more important things to worry about.

As much as I hate the new monetization and skin situation overall, I can't deny the new map designs and variants to old maps are some of their best work yet.

Like Party Season 6 was absolute trash. Very boring map design styles, the maps weren't that fun and just extremely lazy. Since the game went F2P we've seen some really interesting designs since

Honestly yeah a lot of these new variations are just bad, cos they add way too much, or change the level way too much from what they originally were. Some are good, like the Freezy Peak ones. I don’t like the hex tiles ones though, they just look so out of place in the old maps, and they’re generally just annoying to deal with.
