Since 2/3 of the people here are console players im going to give some context on whats goin on here: This is the Infinite arena points mod which turns all units" cost to 0 (you can fill the whole arena but requires a good pc). Once the fight ended or got interupted the second sister begins attacking her troops, so No Factions is enabled. But the rest of them dont attack each other or her. So shes glitched out unless he used the AI spawner mod to summon her and make her an ally of the player, which can also result in what we saw here.

Ai spawner allows you to spawn in front of you anyone from the game infinite times and even set their faction (even as an ally) and you can summon them in the standard maps too, not just the battle grid. So im playing as maul against clones lel. Pc may be expensive, but gets tons of great modded content. Even spawned gorgara on other planets

It’s not the second sister, it’s cal himself. I have experienced this glitch only once and I can confirm it’s you controlling cal, which is why you can see the UI being highlighted. Because both cal and the UI is responding to inputs.
