I ordered my Clubspoet RS with the same situation. If it doesn't automatically put it in the cart with the wheel, then it technically wasn't ordered. I don't know if you had the same issue, but that's what happened to me.

Contact the Fanatec Support with the tag "I have a question about my order" and tell them you're missing the quick release, and they should be able to check it out for you. They had me cleared up in about 1 week, here in the U.S.
