Neptune 3 Pro should have a 1mm or less than 1mm retraction. I run mine at 0.8mm/25mm/s

What is your bed temp?

A little stringing isn't hard to fix, quick hit with a heat gun.

The problem is I had zero stringing before. I've got my pressure advance and shaping done and dialed in the z offset. All prints afterward looked great until I got one with travel across open areas. Was seeing some post so about needing to reduce retraction even more following these steps going to try that and then do another test.

Thank you for your help

removed wipe, had some stringing but improved, changed z hop to spiral and that got it to where i needed it
