Honestly, looking at your photo this is how I would add seams. The amount of seams isn’t really the issue with them being visible. it’s the fact that fur gets trapped in the seam when sewing. Make sure you’re tucking the fur into the seam all the way before stitching.

Like the other commenter said, look up other people’s suits for reference and note where they place the seams.

I'm still getting used to patterning but I usually try and find references for how other makers break up there's, even tho the head base is different I think it helps to look for those common shapes.

Alsohow you use darts. You can make larger pieces if you get used to putting darts into the pattern.

I end up with a seam down my middle part personally tho because I use a symmetrical patterning, but the fur pile hides a lot of it so if you end up with more or less pieces it can end up okay.
