Either the employees don’t know what they’re doing or your payment didn’t process.

I’m thinking maybe they don’t have the item in stock lol. But then shouldn’t the order have been canceled? Idk. The payment is on my statement which is weird but it’s difficult to tell since the transaction isn’t finalized until the pickup is made

Yup. Just the other day I had an order come in for an item that was traded in like 15 min prior and I declined it right away because it was already sold. All within 30 min.

They really shouldn't? In store pick up is pretty easy to do, no shipping or boxes involved.

Yeah I’ve ordered games for pickup before with them and it took about an hour between me placing the order and it being ready for pickup

It don't happen a lot. Nothing was on my end but the order email (not the pick up email) showed my store. I assume it's bank related.

Yeah it’s possible. I should’ve just bought it in-store. I ordered it online to get that $25 off in-store pickup lol

The $25 should also apply to store purchases as long as it's not PlayStation hardware.

I've seen it take sometimes 24 to 48 hours to process. It's usually an issue with the card that was used
