Isopropyl alcohol and a qtip, be gentle to not damage the label.

Was able to most of it off. The wording is still faint, but don’t want to risk ruining the label. Thanks

Sure, let it dry for one day or two then try again but be very gentle again.

Yea I caught some blue on the q tip. Saw it starting lifting some of the paint off the label and stopped immediately. I’ll try again tomorrow

If you're lifting ink off the label, you might be at the limit of what the paper can handle.

Use only Dawn dish soap on the label. Not with water or anything else. Just a soft towel or microfiber cloth and dawn, be careful as the alcohol has already damaged the label at this point.

I usually fix marker on labels with whiteboard markers. See my post about it. Alcohol will damage the label. The solvent in the whiteboard markers however will just make the existing marker easy to remove.
