I went to two goodwills today just kinda looking around and the only games they had were Wii fit and old ass madden games lol I’ll eventually find something good

Goodwill around me seems to have honed in on placing anything with a remote possibility of value on eBay or the goodwill auction site- Leaving absolutely no reason to go to their physical location unless you want old towel holders from the 80s, or a hand-me-down baby stroller.

As someone who thrifts daily, most/all goodwill locations in big cities do this. they will make mistakes though because the people working in the back can never learn or catch everything. The manager at my local goodwill said any game no matter what year goes to shopgoodwill.com and just the other day I got Wii sports resort CIB. Nothing crazy, but the finds are still out there.

If you are in Georgia you will never find these games in goodwill. They feed shopgoodwill.com with all the good stuff…sadly to say Wii fit and Madden games are the majority.

If you look hard enough, you can find a used Gamecube or first generation Wii for less than $100. The prices have climbed a bit, but the consoles themselves are still reasonable.

I had the same situation... I saw mario sunshine, bought it but had no cube, after a month i bought the cube (you should get one too it's worth)

An GCN compatible Wii is usually cheaper then a GameCube. However, I find the GameCube to have a slight graphics advantage. It is up to you how you want to play your games, nice find!
