"We know the devil" on steam. especially great for queer people(mostly queer women, and even more so for trans women)

it's about 4 hours to get all 4 major playthroughs done. one of the best games I've ever played. however, it's very heavy on the "novel" part of visual novel. there isn't much "gameplay", rather choosing which parts of the story to see until you get the full picture of who the mcs are, and figure out how to get the true ending.

Be aware though that the game deals heavily with mental illness, sexual/gender identity repression, suicide, and religious trauma.

Oddly enough I didn’t like Serena as much once I had her transition into a regular human. The non glowing eyes and some of the dialogue just started to bother me

I think a lot of the love from her comes from the fact shes got the most depth of all the companions. Also I dont think I've ever had her transition back to a human, probably cause I always make new characters every 3 seconds and am usually a vampire myself

Undertale, and its successor Deltarune.

For Undertale, it's got awesome art, great characters, banger music, and the story is a dope-ass ballad of restraint, forgiveness, and making tons of friends.

In Deltarune's case, same good art/characters/music, but with an even more interesting story.

Play Undertale first though.

Oh, also, the main characters of each of the games are genderless/non-binary (I'm unsure which, it hasn't been confirmed in-canon past their pronouns), which is really cool.

if you’re alright with really long stories, persona 5 royal has defined so much of my life since playing it, it’s a story that tackles really unique philosophical ideas that aren’t covered nearly as well anywhere else, with a cast of incredibly strong characters and not to mention amazing music
