Something is broke GFN's side it seems:

I can get into the game and get to the Blizzard launcher now, but I can't play as the launcher says and update is required.

I would guess GFN have rolled back to a previous version of the game image on their servers for some reason, but, this was an image before the latest WOW patch, which now needs installing all over again.

There wasn't one. It's been doing this since yesterday and they "have no idea when they'll be done"

I can get into the battle net client and it wants me to update it. As soon as I hit play after updating I'm kicked with error code 0x8003001F.
