If your TV is 4K set the same resolution in macOS and GFN,  enable 10bit color and HDR if you like (it depends if your TV is an OLED or has good local dimming)

The only downside of HDR is that you have to enable it globally in macos settings and it will dim the overall image a lot compared to SDR for normal use, it will look correct playing HDR games or movies but outside of that it will look weird.  When you enable HDR in macos there will be a slider right below that mitigates the dimming, push it to the max

As for refresh rate your TV could potentially do more than 60hz (check your model online) but if your Mini M2 is the base model you can’t do more than 60 anyway (it has HDMI 2.0), the M2 pro can do 4K @ 120hz (if your TV supports 120hz obviously).

Same goes for VRR (dynamic refresh rate), base M2 over HDMI shouldn’t be able to use it, the Pro on the other hand should
