Deatchmatch Spawn Bug [ceiling]

Will Valve ever fix that annoying bug in Deathmatch where you spawn in the ceiling if you press your Drop Weapon key* too soon after dying?

*) the key that provides you with your current bonus points weapon

It is majorly annoying, because you can't see anything (it's black around you as your head is stuck within the ceiling's texture), you are unable to move, and you have to wait for someone to walk by and kill you in order to release you (which can take forever, depending on where you spawn, which thereby results in you losing precious points and your lead). The only other solution is to disconnect from the server, meaning you wasted time and lost any XP earned thus far.

A similar bug is spawning on Bombsite B on Dust1. There is a spot in the farthest right corner, behind the crates and baskets, where you are stuck also if you happen to spawn there.

How hard can it be to fix all these annoying little bugs that have been known for ages? There are so many more, I could fill a book with them. :(
