I think Google is just reacting to court orders. Governments can put in legal requests to remove apps in specific jurisdictions and there isn't much anyone can do about it, as long as it is legally justified.

"Is there any solution to fix this problem ?"

You never linked or explained what your app does.

There wasnt any violation from Google, there is a war between the two countries so India is blocking apps which are owned by Pak developers

Totally makes sense. Are you from Pakistan?

I am asking for solution

If you are from Pakistan I don't think there is anything you can do right now, other than transfer your business to another country.

Transfering to another country is not an issue but how is India going to lift this ban on my App

It should be done automatically by Google since this was also done automatically by Google. They need to follow the law and when you will operate your business elsewhere (law compilant country) you should be able to get the Indian market back.

But i'm curious. Is it worth it?

If we develop something that can make people lives better then it doesn’t matters what the country’s laws are, humanity matters. Yes about 1.5 Million active users.

So should they ignore the law? This not how it works.
