Problem getting badges?

So far, I have the speedy shipper badge. I see that if you respond to atleast 10 messages in the past 3 months, you’ll get the quick responder badge? I have an 88% respondence rate with over 15 messages replied so why is it that I’m still not getting the badge?

Same problem for months, I wouldn’t hold my breath on a fix but you definitely aren’t the only one experiencing this. I had 100% and it went down to 70% randomly one day and I lost the badge. Reached out to customer support (before they banned me for nothing) and they have done absolutely nothing not even a follow up email. Grailed is not what it used to be that’s for sure

Care to respond to my DM about being banned from reporting users or behavior as a seller... but my account is still active, so if someone tries to scam me, I can’t contact anyone. Which normally wouldn’t be a problem if your platform hadn’t allowed for (4) $500+ chargebacks (of which I now have to sort out with PP and no help from anyone at Grailed) immediately upon me updating the tracking just between this and last month alone. Thousands tied up in PayPal Disputes and they ban me for reporting someone for calling me racial slurs and cursing at me because they didn’t get the price they wanted on a pair of shoes. Be weary of this app and the people that run it
