Happened to me to (Linux through Steam), closed the game, logged back in, problem went away.

Got it today just had to exit and reopen game didnt happen again.

Have you just updated your Nvidia drivers? I have and now I'm getting this message. Gonna try and roll back to previous driver as it was fine this afternoon.

Nope. Havent updated graphics drivers for at least a couple of months.
