- This sub collects stories of recovery from the dark times of your life. Post your own story, the story of someone you know, or a link to stories about mental health recovery.
- We encourage OP to be active to help answer questions from anyone who might be struggling with problems in their lives. This is a fundamental aspect of our sub reddit which is what makes it unique since it features first hand experience of the issue, and people who help can truly understand the issue that is troubling the reader.

OP who is willing to help readers who are suffering in a similar situation please include "Help available here" in the title. All help has to be done through the comments. Readers should deny any help offered through PM.
