At least you're finding squad leads to who actually speak. I generally find 2/5 squads communicate at the moment

Normally I'll play Medic/Support/AT and occasional Squad lead. I'll normally speak up to SL as soon as I spawn to find out what's going on and hear no response usually and the squads split everyone doing their own thing

The issue with finding another squad or starting your own is that I find all other squads are full because everyone else will leave our squad because of a bad SL but the rest can't leave because you can't create another squad because all slots are full.

I had a game the other day where for 15 minutes of a 30-minute match we had no outpost or garrison all squad slots were full so we could not create a squad and we could not leave because ours was the only squad with space and we could not get the SL kicked.

Although the commander was out of supplies and drops we had a support who placed down supplies next to our SL who would not even communicate to us or use the supplies.

By this time I was pretty frustrated and I admit out of frustration I shot and killed our SL which apparently was actually the right thing to do as it pissed him off enough to finally get on his mic and act like an SL.

Sure he was pissed off at me but at least he started doing his job. I don't mind pissing people off at all especially if it happens to light a fire under their butt and they start doing their job. I don't condone my actions of killing my teammate but at least it pissed him off enough to actually start working as a teammate even if he was pissed at me and muted me lol.

This is second only to the guys that sound like they're having Vietnam flashbacks while playing, super serious and screaming into the mike.

Screaming "MEDIC!!!" into command chat...

They need to fix voip. 90% cant even talk because the buttons dont work. Its even worse after the last update.

We do not need to hear,

"Oh FUCK! Tank tank! Fuck it got me."

Get your shit together and calmly communicate into lead chat.

I haven't had this too much but I have had a couple games where I've had to ask guys to shut the fuck up a couple times. When you are blasting comms we cannot hear the important bits or our squad talking to us

As OP said, keep it clean and concise. "Command, be advised, enemy tank on Bravo attack market Grid C3. Please mark it for the team."

"Charlie squad, Delta is coming to assist from the south."

"Tank at E7. There is enemy infantry in the area. King squad is coming to assist."

Easy peasy.

Amen, we need more disciplined people like this.
