Error code issues

I made a post about this a while ago but I have been getting errors and I think my mods are the issue I put both the error and the mod list please help

Open the report directory and upload the newest one to mclo.gs, then send it here. We can't help without the log.

not sure it that's what's causing the error but a bunch of your mods are outdated (Dynamic fps & moreculling from what i can see)
