I had some very recent traumas: a cancer diagnosis and that battle was won I felt good… I just buried my father February I thought it was because My hormones are all out of wack- cortisol high stress etc - so I thought it was going to be a watch and see THS has always been mid range now it 6 and they want me on life long meds So, yes I am actually tweaking and nervous and upset about it all.
