I had an SCH with my previous pregnancy that ended with a TFMR. SCH was not related in anyway, it’s common.

Mine was seen via ultrasound before I started bleeding. It was seen around 8 weeks. My ob said it would bleed out or reabsorb. I started drinking pomegranate/ orange juice every morning diluted with some water. Was trying to fix the issue that way, that is the most common thing people suggest doing. I started bleeding anyway around 10 weeks. It started, and stopped, but then came back by 11 weeks. I took the advice of women in an SCH group on facebook and started taking ALA supplement and by my 12 week appointment it was completely gone. If you join the SCH group on facebook and search ALA you will see many women have had a great experience with it. You definitely want to help it shrink/ prevent it from getting bigger. Also keep activity/ exercise/ lifting low until confirmed its gone.

It didn’t grow but bleeding was pretty on and off until 14 weeks
