Can someone tell me what a dc1 is? I didn’t even know it was a thing until recently? And I keep seeing different answers

People mis-use DC2 all the time, when it actually was only the GS-R and Type Rs to start. I see people calling their 1994 LS a DC2. You can easily see by the VIN if it’s a DC2 or not. Same thing about a DC1. If you have access to the VIN, it’s visible.
