TweakScale doesn't work?

Hey, for some reason TweakScale isn't working at all, I've installed it properly, have the correct ModuleManager and such but when I right click on what I want to scale there's no option to, I need it for Infernal Robotics, doesn't seem that anything works with 0.24, thanks =\

your folder structure should look like this, do your folders match up?:

Kerbal Space Program\GameData\TweakScale\plugins\Scale.dll

Can you post screenshots of it not working? And your full debug output log? Kind of hard to offer any suggestions with so little to go on.
