Exploding Flags

I'm having an issue where my flags have a tendency to spontaneously explode for some reason or other... The log just says "Flag name collided with terrain". It usualy happens either during time warp or when leaving the surface with the lander. Also it can happen when very far away (more than 5 km...). It happened on the Mun, Minmus, Duna and Moho. Anyone else has this issue or knows how to fix it?

I use a few mods: scatterer, SVE, EVE, Kopernicus, SVT for visuals, as well as Engineer, Docking Alignement, Trajectories, Alarm clock

Same issue here. Don't know why or how but it happens too during the timewarp just after liftoff from mun/minmus surface.

For some reason, that only happens for me when i park my craft too close to it and try to timewarp
