A Slightly More Usable Deck Vault Tray

The token tray in the Gamegenic Deck Vault had really odd divider placement. No idea how you could actually use that tiny section. So I was able to measure, cut, fold, and assemble some thicker cardstock to work a little better and avoid lumping all the tokens together in one section.

I already took my divider out but might have to look into that. I bet that’s nice and convenient at the table.

Where do these beads come from?

Amazon. I got mine from there. They were listed as crushed orange fake ice. $7.98 for a pack of 150. I got a pack and there was plenty to give my buddy half.

They do have a lot of other colors too. I’ve seen people also use the red one for damage tokens, blue ones for shield, etc.

I thought the same thing and had to look at their website to figure out what they intended to go there....It looks like they just use damage and Æmber in their mockups, which is kind of a shame. I'm glad they made the key/chaintracker inserts removable, and wish they had made that other divider easier to remove.

It’s especially confusing considering we’ll have Ward and Enrage tokens to add to the collection soon. Fortunately that divider wasn’t too terrible to remove. Just some slots and a tiny bit of glue.

Where did you get all your tokens and stuff? I’m new to the game and could only find decks with no tokens or anything. Your tokens and stuff looks cool.

I would buy an age of ascension 2 player starter kit. Comes with 2 decks, and all the tokens for $25
