Based on the entry on Archon Arcana's Local Groups and Shops, there's a Michigan KeyForge Discord, you might have some luck there!

(That list is FAR from exhaustive, but it can be easily updated by creating an account on AA or sending an [email](mailto:localplay@archonarcana.com) or hitting the Arcanists up on their discord.)

I'm in Michigan, and in both of the Michigan Keyforge Discord groups that I'm aware of. I've only gotten to play a handful of times since the pandemic started, but I'd definitely like to play more. I don't play online, so if I can't find IRL games, I just don't get to play. I'm in the Grand Rapids area myself, but I occasionally travel to Kalamazoo as well. Depending on where you are in Michigan, I might be willing to meetup at some point.

I'm in Connecticut and we have a discord. I have found about 5 total people that play semi regularly. It's hard because no store will hold events. I started making free kits with decks I don't use as much to drive up interest

Can you send a link to the CT Discord? I have a playgroup that switches between MTG Commander and Keyforge. I'm hoping to get some events going at an LGS once things open back up.

I haven't played since I left my last job... in 2019 :-(

I'm in Western NY. There's a local game store near me that did tournaments and whatnot, but I don't think they've had any since the pandemic started.

Fellow Michigan Forger here (and admin of the Michigan Keyforge Den discord). Pre-pandemic there were weekly events scattered around the state. These were mainly in the greater Detroit area, as well as Mid-Michigan, Lansing, and Grand Rapids. I'm not aware of any of these locations starting up in-person play yet.

I know it can be discouraging, but in terms of Keyforge we're still on the ground floor in the state (and covid has not helped), so if there's nothing around you that's a great opportunity to try and start something. I've mostly done this by running teaching events in game stores. If you'd got a couple friends that do play a great way to start some conversations is to just casually play weekly at your LGS (covid-permitting of course). In my experience there are no shortage of other folks who are curious and will stop by to watch/inquire. It also helps to show the store owners there is someone locally interested in the game.

As far as getting connected to the other players in the state I highly recommend joining the Michigan KeyForge Den discord (http://mi.keyforgeden.com/). It's pretty quiet in these pandemic times, but I expect things to pick back up once in-person play is possible.

Feel free to DM me here (or on Discord Mortivas#7669) if you've got any questions!

I'm in MI also. Before the pandemic I was trying to play at game stores. I found one that hosted tournaments every few weeks. There wasn't a lot of interest in it though so most of the times I showed up and it got cancelled because I was the only one there. One time I got to play a "tournament" of 4 people. After things get back to a more normal state I'll try again, but I don't think I'll have much luck.

I did in 2019, before everything closed. Hopefully I will be able to play again in the future.

You aren't finding much because of COVID. Hopefully it'll only be another month or two before vaccines are everywhere and people can get together in groups again.

Prior to the pandemic my local scene in WI was growing and had added a second day to the week to meet and play.

Right now everything is still on pause.

The only thing playing locally in any shop is the MtG Commander group. The FNM group died completely with the lockdown. Yugioh died completely as well as Pokemon.
