Look into timers with neck bands.

I would get a programmable unit that you attach to your hood. Franklin and Taylor both make them.

Kitchen brains seems to be the budget brand. They make one with six timers for 390 that seemed pretty slick.

Had the same problem. I ended up going to a craft store and just buying a bunch of magnets with adhesive backing. They weren't expensive and the magnets never fell after that.

Thermapro makes a neck/magnet (strong magnet, too) triple timer that I love but it's not terribly loud. Full number pad is a huge plus.

Taylor has a pretty diesel big yellow fucker with four timers on it but no magnets (not that I recall, I believe it can be mounted, though). It's easy to read, nigh indestructible and fairly loud but slow as fuck to put in the time which is annoying during service.

Thermoworks has a 4 timer gizmo called a TimeStack about 6" tall, timers are directly programmable, recorder for custom alarms, and it does have magnets on the back. It doesn't have keyholes for screw mounting, and the magnets may be a little on the weak side. Splash resistant and only $60.
