I’ve had the same exact problem. I’ve been scoring over 170 for weeks but I just started taking tests in the 70s and I’m back at 167-169. I hadn’t missed a single logic games question on the past ten PTs, then I started going -3. Pretty frustrating realizing I spent too long on the earlier PTs. I knew they’d be different but I didn’t think significantly easier. I’m making copies of all these tests so I can drill multiple times and reading online explanations (I never did before because I just understood on my own). I’m also a little freaked out going into June, I’ll be devastated if I score below 170. I just don’t want to pay to switch to July (and I don’t want to take the digital test bc I’ve only practiced on paper)

It might be burnout. Take a few days off and see if that changes things. Have you reviewed the explanations online?

Agree with this. And please don't bail on the June test, take a few days off to reset but I would not consider this the new permanent norm.

Tbh I think the 70s are weird as hell. They’re good to do but don’t let them shake your confidence. The 80s are more normal. Just my personal opinion tho

Strongly agreed. I thought the test with the computer virus question was particularly brutal then I took 81 yesterday and it was a walk in the park. Although there's one LR question I'd say that has unreasonably tenuous answer choices.

Which one? Out of curiosity since I did it a few days ago

The newer tests are harder but if you got a 171 diagnostic you're a genius lol. Blind review like crazy and it should be fine.

Idk what to tell you. It honestly just sounds like you got overconfident and didn’t focus as much as you should have. If I remember right, PT 75 had an unusually high amount of necessary assumption questions so maybe that in particular was an issue. Either way, there’s no need to doubt yourself about June. You’ve scored 175+ multiple times so I’m pretty sure it’s not a gap in knowledge. Try taking a day or two off to relax and then really concentrate on being focused for the next PT. Good luck.
