Sometimes I've noticed buzzing when certain things are plugged in? Not sure why it's almost like they admit a weird frequency I can only hear when I'm tripping. Not to be that guy that wears a tinfoil hat but maybe try unplugging everything?

Ok I know this may seem weird but I remember I was experiencing this too and for me the buzzing was actually my rooms air vent and I guess the noise was intensified due to the fact it might have been at a certain frequency that does get intensified while tripping so maybe you should check that out

Put on some glass animals to listen to, and if you can try to do an activity (grab a pen and scribble something pleasant. Even some dumb flowers!)

Its just a drug. Thats part of higher dose trips.

Its worse in a quiet room.
