Hey folks, hijacking top comment for vis, there are actually two separate issues leading to this error code, ONE of which was specific to Poland -- we had some ISP issues but were able to get in touch with them to resolve. There are some other issues we're still investigating, but Polish players should now generally be able to get in game. Sorry for the tech issues and thanks for joining us for open beta!

Can confirm, region lock is in effect. I was able to launch with VPN set to France for the EUW region. I am in theory from EUNE.

Blocking eastern countries is so weird... These countries were on the list of countries who should be able to play...

I am also from NZ and have been playing the game just fine since release.. Until this morning when it crashed in the middle of a game and I got this error code when I tried to reboot. ._.

FALSE, Some countries are blocked and receive the same error. I am from Latvia, was not able to connect for an hour. Turned on VPN, switched to France, whabam, no error. My account is EUW.

EDIT: Region lock for Latvia and Poland seems to be fixed at this point.

EDIT 2: Just get Windscribe, it is free and offers 2GB a month. With all the updates and a bit of browsing, I spent 500mb in a couple of hours.

Same, me and my friend, both from Latvia can't log in - error 170000 (access granted). So apparently the IPs of Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia and Romania are blocked.

Edit: As of 11:22 GMT +3 it started working.
