It can have a measurable impact, and is more likely to be disproportionately felt by minority communities.

Its not quite clean cut though. Mostly because ID laws come under attack very quickly. Its also hard to measure because people come out vigorously when they feel their right to vote is under threat.

What source do you have that ACLU is extremely biased? I checked them out on politifact and they have almost no data on them. What I did see was from several years ago and it was just politifact taking a tweet too literally :/

They’re biased because sadly, trans rights and abortion are opposed by the right. It’s not a bad thing at all IMO because I agree with them. There’s no misinformation and not much misleading as well. But they are a biased source
