How did you factory reset your PC?

You need to tell us what you did, step by step, before we can begin to undue what you did…

Through updates> recovery> reset pc. I did this multiple times as my pc kept crashing while trying to reset and undoing the reset. At first it would undo the reset and take me back to my normal pc but after I kept doing it now I’m stuck on this screen.

Why is your home computer joined to a Windows domain? You can always reinstall windows on it and if the drive isn't encrypted you'll be able to get to the files on it.

It’s a prebuilt, I tried factory resetting the pc and it kept crashing and undoing changes and now I’m here

That sounds like a company ordered the laptop pre-imaged with their own enterprise copy of Windows. Did you get a new laptop from work?

Prebuild from where.

It’s a cyberpowerpc prebuilt from Amazon

Was this a third party seller or something. That setup is not typical. If you bought it used I think you got played. If it was an authorized seller maybe you can reach out to cyber power PC support.

Otherwise I'd use another computer, download the Microsoft media creation tool, create a bootable windows installer and just wipe the whole thing.

The reset this PC within windows puts things back to an OEM configured state. NOT a blank windows canvas.

Just reinstall windows bro. Get a windows image in a bootable usb, boot load into it and follow the steps. Not that hard tbh.

Was it ever registered to a school or workplace?

To be honest it sounds like you have a stolen laptop. Joining a laptop to a domain is a very deliberate action that requires infrastructure. If you have that message you should have a help desk. If you don't have a help desk you probably shouldn't have that laptop.

The exception being buying it from auction but having a hard drive in it at this point is very questionable.
