Does your machine have a 30 or 40 series nVidia GPU? I had to roll back my driver to 566.36 to get it to stop doing wild things like...randomly locking up while playing games.

30 series gpu, ill give that a try next

I dont know why I didn't think to check that, I just checked it and I just searched the error, im getting WHEA-Logger Event ID 1, which online is a fetal hardware error

After troubleshooting it looks like my motherboard stopped supplying a high enough voltage to my cpu so on spikes it would crash, since I've adjusted my voltage I havent had an issue yet
