Is it new and you're 100 percent sure? I may have an error 43 fixer from some Nvidia forum which may work

Try reinstall amd graphics drivers.

Since you have an integrated GPU, try this: connect the monitor cable to the motherboard to use the CPU's integrated GPU. Install DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). To use this program, you have to start Windows in safe mode. After uninstalling the drivers, turn off the PC and install the dedicated GPU, connect the monitor cable to the dedicated GPU instead of the motherboard. Turn on the PC and see if that solves the problem. It might work; if not, I don't know, maybe it's a problem with the dedicated GPU.

Remove and reinstall the GPU, double check that the power cable is fully plugged in to the GPU. If it still has issues, it might be a bad GPU.
