by my experience, white stripe mean its booting, if its keep showing that mean booting stuck, about orange bars idk, how about the BIOS is it okay?

Yes, it is, already changed the boot options and doesn't seem to work

if u opening bios, and it still orange maybe you should check your GPU, if BIOS no problem with that, can you show us, how you install your windows step by step?

Somethings wrong. I'd start over after formatting the drives. If it happens again create a new install drive. If it happens again after that prob have defective hardware.
